  will throw exception when reading the RSS.

  ASP.NET WebAPI's default API helper document also looks for DLL's XML comment
  for description. We can do that in swagger too.

<h4>1. Project property</h4>
<p>
  The first thing you need to do is go to the project that contains the API
  controller to check the XML documentation file, so when building the solution
  visual studio will update the XML with comments you add to the class. Also,
  swagger later will read the XML's comment as a description of the API too.

  You might have seemed something like following, your ASP.NET MVC solution
  build ok but getting error following compiler error when deploying to IIS
  local site or cloud web server. First, you know you have C# 6 or higher at
  your application, but not sure why it causes compile error during runtime. I
  have to spend some time to figure out what happens&nbsp;in my case, so I've
  added what I found out at here so hopefully, it is able to help someone else.

  It is confusing but .NET development has few different .NET compile exist, the
  compiler is,<code>csc.exe</code> but there's few different version. There are
  followings.

  That's why when I build the solution with Visual Studio 2015 is fine because
  it is using different csc.exe, but see error sometimes when deploying to local
  IIS or cloud. Also, ASP.NET MVC razor use a different compiler than C#, for
  example, if you have the code as following, target framework is 4.6 and you're
  not using Roslyn. This will also be built is fine, but when deploying to local
  you'll see compiler error.

  Looks like things are moving to use&nbsp;<code>Roslyn</code>&nbsp;so make sure
  these two NuGet packages are available at your solution.

    >Microsoft.Net.Compilers. Also, make sure webconfig changes.</code
  >&nbsp;Roslyn should be able to decide what version is good for your
  solution.&nbsp;

  It should be simple just add following Nuget Package, but just make sure
  WebConfig is updated, sometimes&nbsp;I have the issue, WebConfig is updated on
  local but IIS site's WebConfig is not updated, so end up not using Roslyn but
  using .NET Framework's CSC.exe compiler.

<p>Above is simple syntax for setup windows authentication at web.config.</p>
<p>
  At your IIS site, you also need to change things, you'll need to go to your
  IIS site and select Authentication, you should been see Windows
  Authentication. If there's no Windows Authentication then you need to install.
  You need to also turn Anonymous Anthentication off.

  That's should be all of it, but you might seen something that when you hit the
  site it'll keep asking the user and password. Although you enter the correct
  user and password, it'll ask again.

  Ninject is cool C# .NET library for dependency injection, about couple years
  ago. looks like no one update it anymore, I would think this will be a legacy
  Denepencey Injection Library in the future.

<h3>What's my other choice for Dependency in .NET?</h3>
<p>
  I would recommand use
  <a href="https://github.com/autofac/Autofac/wiki" target="_blank">Autofac</a>,
  it is well document, support different .NET library, such as ASP.NET Web
  Forms, MVC, WebAPI 1, WebAPI 2, Signal R, RIA, OWIN, WCF, MEF, NHibernate,
  Moq.
